Went here looking for help diagnosing a leaky slide on our trailer and was provided with exceptional customer service. The two owners and one of the technicians looked over my trailer for about half an hour and made suggestions on how to fix the leak as it was a defective design/poor craftsmanship from the manufacturer. All of their advice was sound and incredibly helpful. When I tried to pay for their services they said it was complimentary and they just wanted to help me keep my unit on the road.There definitely aren't many businesses that are run like this anymore where customer service is #1. This place helped me out in a pinch when the dealer and manufacturer weren't interested.Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Brought in a new to us, class A RV which had a faulty self leveling system. Before us purchasing, it spent many times at another repair shop to diagnose and attempt to repair this. After replacing many components, (shot gun style)the system did still not function. Marty and crew used their excellent diagnostic skills, and not only diagnosed problem, but took the time to show their work, and prove that they are not just part changers. They took the time to source the parts they replaced, and got us the best price possible. I felt very satisfied with the service I received, and by their confidence that the repair would finally solve our issue. Although the price was substantial, I felt as though I got excellent service and fair pricing. I will continue to visit Marty, Sarah and Crew for all my future RV needs

As always the staff at Fennell's were very helpful. They ordered some weather stripping for my cargo trailer, allowing me to fix a leak before I leave for the winter. I highly recommend Fennell's. Knowledgeable, and offering reasonable prices.

Having had many not so good experiences with camping trailer service providers, Fennell's came as a very welcome breath of fresh air. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and provide phenomenal service. More importantly they cared that you were happy, safe and informed. 100% recommend them.
